We are searching for a Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face and voice of our organization.

**Job Summary:**
The Front Desk Receptionist will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing exemplary service and ensuring a top-tier experience. The role involves managing the front desk operations efficiently and performing a variety of administrative tasks that support our team's day-to-day operations.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Greet and welcome visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls in a polite and professional manner.
- Respond to basic inquiries about the company, such as organizational information and directions.
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g., pens, forms, and brochures) available.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events as necessary.
- Assist with various administrative tasks including data entry, document management, and mail distribution.
- Maintain security by following procedures, monitoring the logbook, and controlling access via the reception desk (issuing visitor badges when necessary).
- Support the team with ad hoc tasks and assist in special projects as needed.

**Qualifications and Skills:**
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Management is a plus.
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role is desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional appearance and behavior.
- Customer service attitude with the ability to maintain patience and politeness at all times.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
